Savannah had a bad headache the first couple of days this week. We think it might have been too much turkey! She has recovered, though, and has been back to work at Funfinity helping all the Christmas shoppers. She has also been able to hang out with Kirk a little bit.

Cheyenne got to work all day as a CNA, or watching other CNAs. She was at a local assisted living center and says she got to take vitals and feed people. She enjoyed it! In other news, she has decided to have a date every weekend with a different boy. She planned a triple date at our house this Friday. They made cookies and played games. On Saturday night Jens came over. They talked and played laser tag and watched a movie. She has also started officiating at city rec basketball games some evenings and on Saturdays. This Saturday, she and Calianne had their first team game for city rec. They won and played great!

Calianne has been helping Christmas shoppers at Funfinity with Savannah, but I don't think she has been enjoying it quite as much! I think she might not be a "retail job" kind of kid ... and that's okay! After work on Friday, she and Richmond were part of Chey's triple date. She also played basketball with Chey on Saturday and loved playing ball again! Afterwards, she did book and clock for some games. I think she might like that job better! On Saturday night, she took Beth out for "an adventure" before hanging out with friends from school at a friend's in-house theatre.

It was Cali's idea for us to get our family presents this Saturday--the first Saturday in December--instead of putting it off. Chey, Cali, Beth, Ben, Kevin, and I had great fun picking out things for family members for Christmas at the new Five Below store.

Bethany is excited because next week are tryouts for the school play. So, she's been practicing a song to sing. She is getting caught up on her Chinese reading (she can read books written in characters!). She also had karate this week and for Young Women, they drove to see Christmas lights. Fun times!

We bought Benjamin a new guitar this week! He needed a better one so now he has a really nice one. He promised to play this guitar until he's 100. Here is the written record! Y'all will have to hold him to it! In other news, Ben had karate this week and got to play at his friend, Kyler's house, on Saturday.

I published my last two books this week. All ten books are available on Amazon! It's really neat to see them all in print. I've also started some Christmas shopping!

Kevin's employer/partners have enrolled him in school! This time to be a data analyst. He is brushing up on his statistics skills and learning the Python programming language. They hope to be able to do research on the effectiveness of their social programs and thus, change the world! Kevin is excited and trying very hard to remember math. He's going to do great.
