On Monday of this week, we all went back to school and work. That night Megan and Sarah (and Lyla and Avery) came over to carve pumpkins! Kevin and I had to leave early to go to the YSA ward's trunk or treat but they made some really cute pumpkins and Avery loved stabbing hers!

Tuesday was Halloween! Bethany and her friend dressed up as M&Ms and that night had a Halloween get-together with friends at our house. Ben did not dress up but did go to Kyler's and they did go trick or treating. One woman guessed his costume as "a teenager who just wants some candy?" Ben told her she had it exactly right. The highlight of the night was when Sarah and her little family visited us. Avery was having a grand time!

The rest of the week Beth had rehearsals every night until 9pm. Ouch! She did not make it to school on Thursday and she missed most of Friday because of an appointment with the ENT in SLC, but otherwise she has been able to keep up. The ENT said that her nose looks great and we don't need to see him again until probably February! Saturday was Beth's most fun day of the week because it was Sadie Hawkins! Which is officially her first school dance. The theme was famous couples and she and her date, Garrett, went as Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder. They went to the trampoline park for the day date and before and after the dance had food and played games at a friend's house who lives close to the high school. She had a really fun time.

VERY early Thursday morning, Cheyenne left the MTC and started to make her way to the airport. She and her fellow missionaries arrived in Taiwan the next morning our time and the next evening Taiwan time! We got a picture from her mission president and someone was kind enough to post a picture of her getting ready to sing at stake conference Saturday night with her new companion. We're so excited for her!

Today, Sarah and McKay had Lyla blessed during their church service. It was beautiful and McKay even blessed her that she would look to ME for strength in her life since she has my middle name. So sweet! We love that new little girl and the whole little Hatch family.
