This week we went camping with the Elton's for our bi-annual family reunion!  This year we all met outside of Ely, Nevada at Cave Lake State Park.  It was tons of fun to be with all my family, to watch fireworks, to swim in the lake, and to tour Lehman Caves which are nearby!  The cousins all really like being together and it was fun to watch them enjoy each other and strengthen their friendships.  My mom and dad ordered t-shirts for all the grandkids with a number corresponding to when they were born.  Then each family had a different color.  It was such a super-cool visual!  How blessed we are to be a family and to all love each other.

We got back from the family reunion on Thursday afternoon.  On Friday, Cali and Chey ran their girls' day camp, I went hiking with a friend, Sarah and Megan and Kevin went back to work, and Mariah went back to work on her goal of shooting 10,000 free throws this summer.

Saturday morning, Kevin ran in the HobbleCreek Half Marathon and placed 3rd in his age group!  He got a couple of giant medals for it, too!  What a guy!  Afterwards, he fixed the sprinklers, rebounded for Mariah, and took apart, moved, and reassembled almost every bed in our house (since we are changing room assignments)! Seriously, what a guy!  And that's not all!  That night I went with some ladies for a girls night out and he not only finished the bed-swapping, but also made sure Beth and Ben had their baths, AND handled a teen girl crisis.  He's like not even a guy!  He's like a super-hero-guy!  We are all super lucky to have him.  We love that Kevin guy.  What a Saturday!
