Ammon's birthday was on Thursday this week. We had pumpkin pie to celebrate! We're so glad he's part of our family!

Calianne ran for student council and elections were this week! We put stickers on pencils and she and her friends handed them out. She didn't win the election, but we are still proud of her. It was quite an experience!

In other news, Cali and Cheyenne both got asked to prom this week! Cheyenne got a teddy bear and Cali got donuts.

Savannah worked almost every day this week. She found time, though, to put together her boxes and frames for her future beehive! Bro. Berger in our ward loves beekeeping and he has been over here helping her with everything. He's been so sweet and absolutely invaluable!

On Friday, we hiked to Escalante Cross in Spanish Fork. Megan, Ammon, Sarah, McKay, and Dakota all came, too! Once there, we listened to Elder Holland's talk, "None were with Him."  It's a beautiful hike and it was so fun to be together!

Afterwards, we ate hot cross buns and colored eggs!

On Saturday and Sunday we watched General Conference. It was fantastic to be inspired to live higher and nobler lives and feel so close to our Father in Heaven. Kevin made us all French toast breakfast Sunday morning and the married couples came, too! In between sessions we had an egg hunt and then had a picnic lunch of egg salad sandwiches on our new picnic table!

After Conference, we had a nice Easter dinner and Grandma and Grandpa Gazdik came over, too! We had a walk and played games. It was beautiful to be together and to enjoy Easter Sunday. The tomb is empty! He is Risen!
