Benjamin continues to play with Caleb everyday.  They REALLY wish I'd let them play on electronics during the day sometimes asking 3-6 times in an HOUR.  They do eventually find things to do.  It usually involves eating lots of popsicles, participating in games with the girls, going to their secret hideout, and scrounging up some coins to go to Reams and buy candy or pop rocks.  We have new neighbors next door and Lilah, Beth's age, likes to play Minecraft so sometimes the boys disappear over there for hours at a time, too!

Bethany continues to play with Lilly and Darcy and the neighbors Lilah and Avery.  She got to go to a birthday party this week and also decided to have a "Me Day" this week where she didn't play with friends.  She seemed to enjoy the slower pace and some time with mom including a trip to the resevoir with just Cheyenne and Mom.  She and Ben had karate this week, too, and Beth continues to enjoy the "Girls' Camp" Activity that Calianne and Cheyenne coordinate once a week.

Calianne continues to read whenever she catches a break from the social activities coordinated by her twin sister.  Cheyenne and Calianne often have friends over as well, and join in the group activities that result!  Bronwyn is usually here, with occasional appearances from Grace, Allie, and Elizabella. They've also been going to the tennis courts in the mornings with Sarah to work on their game!

Mariah had Cross Country Camp this weekend, Thursday through Saturday with an overnight from Friday to Saturday at Shadow Mountain!  She came home exhausted but had a good time going on a zillion workout runs and hearing from inspirational speakers and setting goals for the season.  Saturday night she went on a date to see Brigadoon at the outdoor Scera theatre and really loved it.

Megan worked this week and went to the resevoir with friends on the days she didn't (and sometimes even on the days that she did!)  She's been trying to soak up these last days of summer.  She applied for a job at BYU for next semester and scored an interview next week.  She's excited about that.

Sarah continues to miss school and the direction and purpose it is in her life.  How to fill that void when she only has a few weeks here?  She has been in contact with the mom of the twins for whom she nannied during the winter and she got to babysit for them yesterday and will do a couple of days next week.  She loves doing that!  The rest of us just love having her happy self around and partaking of frequent hugs!  On Friday night while Kevin and I were out on our date night, all the kids (Mariah was at camp!) went and got Snowies together.  It's neat to have all the kids together for this short period.

Savannah got 40 hours in at work this week!  Woot!  She has been working her way there and I am impressed.  She also made it to institute this week and had a date Saturday night with a friend from high school!  Her favorite though was probably when the sisters in her zone from the MTC got together for lunch and relived old times and shared new stories.  So fun!

Kevin and I went to the temple this week and out to dinner together Friday.  On Saturday, I took Ben and the twins and a couple of their friends to the resevoir for a couple hours in the late afternoon.  After dinner, Bethany, Cali, Chey, and I went to see the summer's youth theater production of Peter Pan.  They loved seeing their friends in the cast!  It was a fun day.
